At Mission Increase, we’re convinced that every ministry needs a strategy to develop givers and supporters in greater involvement in their cause. We advocate for a framework we call P-E-O: P is participation, E is engagement and O is ownership.
This introductory course will introduce you to these steps and walk you through the development of a P-E-O chart, which will be your set of comprehensive steps you offer your champions.
To make P-E-O practical, each step is broken down into categories that include different types of activities:
- Learning
- Praying
- Serving
- Sharing
- Giving
A Development Mindset
As a result of the following activities, you will:
- Learn how to develop a comprehensive growth plan that is not only good for your organization, but more importantly, good for your champions.
- Have the tools needed to intentionally invite your champions to take growth steps.
By the end of this course, you will have completed a chart that provides a clear outline for your ministry to follow as you develop your champions.
